Coffee has always been more than a drink where I come from. Growing up Lebanese, coffee was how we started every morning, how we welcomed guests, how we ended every meal. It was never just caffeine. It was connection. It was ritual. It was the first thing that told you the day had begun. When I moved to Ottawa I kept looking for that feeling in a cup. Something that actually tasted like something. Something with a story behind it. Something worth slowing down for. I could not find it. Not consistently. Not at the quality I knew existed. So I built it.

Sola Coffee started with one obsession... source the world's best single origin beans and get them to your door as fresh as possible. No blends designed to hide average coffee. No bags sitting in a warehouse for months. No compromises on where the beans come from or how they are roasted. We work directly with our roasting partner in Ottawa, roast every single week, and ship every Friday. The coffee in your bag was roasted days ago, not months ago. That is not a detail. That is the entire point.
