Where We Ship We currently ship across Canada.
Processing Time Sola Coffee is roasted to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Orders are roasted and packed weekly, with shipments going out every Friday. Please allow up to [X] business days for your order to be roasted before it ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada
- Flat rate of $12-$20 on orders under $75
- Free local delivery within Ottawa
Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-7 business days depending on your location within Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Local Ottawa Delivery Customers in Ottawa can enjoy free local delivery. Pick up is available at 54 Byward Market Square Ottawa, ON K1N 7A2 and we also ship to your door if you are within the Ottawa area.
Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our roastery.
Lost or Delayed Packages Sola Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has left our facility, but we're happy to help you track down a missing package, reach out to hello@solacoffee.ca and we'll do what we can.
