We roast every Monday and ship Friday, giving the beans time to rest and develop full flavor before they reach you. No sitting on a warehouse shelf for weeks.

HOW TO BREW

Pour Over

  • Grind: Medium-fine
  • Water temp: 200-205F
  • Ratio: 1:16 (20g coffee to 330g water)
  • Time: 3-4 minutes
  • Troubleshoot: Weak = finer grind, Bitter = coarser grind

French Press

  • Grind: Coarse
  • Water temp: 200F
  • Ratio: 1:16
  • Time: 4 minutes immersion
  • Stir before pressing

Espresso

  • Grind: Fine
  • Ratio: 1:2 (18g in, 36g out)
  • Temp: 200F
  • Time: 25-30 seconds

Love love the coffee and I appreciate receiving coffee delivered to my door every month. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the light roast. I personally am not a fan of lighter coffee. Medium to dark is what I enjoy more than a light roast but that’s just my Preference.
